- Role
- Provide professional, good customer service to player, sign up new members, and operate customer counter.
- Explain all member's benefit, events & promotions, redemption program with detailed update product knowledge to members.
- Issuing complimentary items and promotional benefits, and guide or assist the member how to use on Kiosk too.
- Assist and support in execution of various Events, promotions & tournaments.
- Handle complaint and collect feedback from players.
- Assist redemption stock transfer and maintain the operations supplies for counters and operations team.
Requirement
- Language : Chinese
- Eduation : Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Expreience : Familiar with Hotel or Casino industry, or have experiences in service area.
- Job skill : Good customer service skills required. Computer skills, Bally CMP expreience preffered
- Competency : Able to complete work independently and stay motivated.
Condition of Work
- 1yr Contract(can be extended)
- Work by shift schedule(overnight, weekend, holiday included)
