Assistant Manager/Manager
 Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Resort Service Department. 
 Ensure every aspect of guest experience is personalized and thoughtfully planned.
 Responsible for accurate accounting and arrangement necessary from pre-arrival to post-departure.
 Accept any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Director. 
  • Minimum 3- 5 years of management experience in hotel operation OR casino operation         
  • Excellent knowledge of a range of Guest Relations or casino VIP Services.
  • Fluent spoken and written Mandarin OR English and Korean
  • Excellent leadership and management abilities
  • Self-motivated, organized, confident and friendly
  • Able to effectively lead and communicate with a multicultural team
  • Ability to multitask and perform under high pressure / fast paced environment
Condition of Work
  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays (5 day workweek)
  • Can be assigned to the right position based on interview results
