- Providing end user support to any incident / requests to business unit for technical assistance in Gaming industry - Managing inventories of support resources - Resolve technical issues and manage resources throughout project / enhancement implementation - identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention to management - Vendor management - Prepare all compliance requirements for Gaming application and hardware |
Knowledge & Skill requirements
- Degree in computer science, information technology / systems or related disciplines
- At least 2-3 years working experience in IT services environment
- Windows OS, Microsoft Office, SQL, Hardware troubleshooting knowledge
- English competence required
