Recruitment Area
- Leads all aspects of the Culinary Pastry/Bakery departments supporting the Executive Chef as identified in the Organizational Chart.
- Ensures all Culinary aspects align to the direction provided with all outlet concepts.
- Be fully responsible for all the operational, functional, financial and quality metrics of Culinary Pastry/Bakery department including the overall hygiene and stewarding.
Requirement
- Two years of kitchen management
- In-depth skills and knowledge of Pastry
- Possess strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skills
- Experience with training, basic financial management and customer service
- A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast paced customer service environment
- Capable of producing a consistent product in a timely manner
- Strong training and communication skills.
Condition of Work
- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays (5 day workweek)
- Can be assigned to the right position based on interview results
