Recruitment Area

  • Leads all aspects of the Culinary Pastry/Bakery departments supporting the Executive Chef as identified in the Organizational Chart. 
  • Ensures all Culinary aspects align to the direction provided with all outlet concepts. 
  • Be fully responsible for all the operational, functional, financial and quality metrics of Culinary Pastry/Bakery department including the overall hygiene and stewarding.

Requirement

  • Two years of kitchen management
  • In-depth skills and knowledge of Pastry
  • Possess strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skills
  • Experience with training, basic financial management and customer service
  • A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast paced customer service environment
  • Capable of producing a consistent product in a timely manner
  • Strong training and communication skills.

Condition of Work

  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays (5 day workweek)
  • Can be assigned to the right position based on interview results
